Return Policy

At UNSINCITY, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from unsin.city. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below to ensure your return qualifies.

1. General Return Requirements

You may request a return within 3 days from the date you received your order, subject to the conditions listed below.

  • Proof of Purchase: All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase (e.g., your order confirmation email).
  • Return Authorization: You must contact us at unsincityhq@gmail.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back. Returns without a valid RMA number will be rejected.

2. Condition of Returned Items (Strict Enforcement)

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • New Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging, including any boxes, dust bags, tags, and protective coverings.
  • No Wear or Use: Items showing visible signs of wear, use, damage, or alteration (including scents, stains, or missing parts) will be immediately refused for a refund.

3. Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items

Certain items are explicitly excluded from our return policy and are considered Final Sale. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted for:

  • Items Purchased on Offer/Sale: Any item purchased at a discounted price, during a promotional sale, or using a coupon code (excluding free shipping offers) is considered final sale.
  • Personalized or Customized Items: Products that have been personalized or custom-made for you.
  • Intimate or Hygienic Goods: For safety and hygiene reasons (e.g., undergarments, swimwear, earrings, or beauty products if the seal is broken).

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Request RMA: Email us at unsincityhq@gmail.com or on our Facebook or Instagram page @unsincity with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will review your request and, if approved, send you the RMA number and detailed shipping instructions.
  3. Ship Item: Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. UNSINCITY is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If the item passes inspection and meets all criteria (especially the unused/unworn condition), your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 3 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange a damaged item for the same item, contact us immediately at unsincityhq@gmail.com.
